What we believe
Operator-led analysis
We're a financial and operations diagnostic, not a clinical advisor. Every recommendation respects how clinics actually run, but we don't dress it up as clinical guidance.
Conservative math
Estimates use floor reimbursement and conservative ramp curves. We'd rather under-promise than ship a vendor pitch.
Independence
We take no payments, kickbacks, or referral fees from EHRs, vendors, or service lines we evaluate.
How we make money
One way: the reports and done-for-you engagements you see on this site. We don't sell data, take vendor referral fees, or insert sponsored content into our findings. If a report recommends an equipment lease, a payer renegotiation, or a service line, it's because the math worked — not because someone paid for placement.
