After delivery

- What happens before purchase?
- We review the practice's public Medicare record against its specialty and state. We only offer the full audit when that screen shows at least three credible opportunities.
- What is guaranteed after delivery?
- If the delivered audit documents less than five times the audit fee in quantified opportunity, you may request a full refund within 30 days.
- Does opportunity mean guaranteed savings or revenue?
- No. Opportunity is a documented estimate based on stated data, assumptions, and implementation requirements. Actual results depend on execution, payer rules, patient mix, and other factors.
- How do I request a refund?
- Reply to the delivery email with 'refund' in the subject or email support@clearmedian.com within 30 days. We may verify the calculation against the delivered audit, but no retention call is required.
- Does this cover monitoring or implementation?
- No. The 5× guarantee applies only to the Full Clinic Audit. Monitor subscriptions and implementation engagements have their own written cancellation and milestone terms.
